Hey guys! Happy Monday!
I hope you had a fantastic weekend. I spent the weekend celebrating my step-brother’s wedding! The wedding festivities took place in the bride’s parents’ backyard. It rained the entire weekend but I hear that rain on your wedding day is good luck 
The rehearsal dinner was Friday evening. I was sporting the ultimate fashion accessory.
I attempted to wear a sandal for approximately 20 minutes until the rain got the best of me.
I hung out with the fam in downtown Shelby until it was time for the wedding. The weather pretty much held off until after the ceremony, so the couple got to exchange vows outside of the tent. I realized at a wedding recently that I really miss out on the moments of enjoying a wedding ceremony because I’m trying to take pictures, so I purposely put my phone down for this wedding. No regrets! So I don’t have a ton of ceremony pics…. but I will share the photos I do have
The thing I loved so much about their weddings (and most weddings, really) is that it was such a reflection of the couple. Congrats, D & G!
What were you up to this weekend?
Do you have any exciting plans this week? Not exciting, but I am planning on making an appointment to go to see the dentist. This is huge for me because I have an *extreme* fear of the dentist.
That little arbor is beautiful! My step-mom and dad got married in their backyard, so my daddy and I built this big arbor in the back of the yard [so my mom had an isle to walk down first!] and they got married under that. It was beautiful.
